Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) fluent in English and Spanish, providing compassionate, culturally responsive care to adult individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, life transitions, and grief. With experience in community mental health and hospice settings, working across the lifespan, supporting children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and families.

Blending evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and strength-based interventions, with a humanistic perspective that emphasizes empathy, authenticity, and the client’s innate capacity for growth. Therapy is tailored to each person’s unique needs and values, focusing on symptom relief, emotional insight, and meaningful change.
